Final terms govern the service relationship; preliminary Website communications do not.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Sunshine Logistics or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal or business use related to evaluating our services. 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) or its successor.
